Cachaça Nova Aliança Prata 670ml is produced in Salinas, the “capital of cachaça”, in the far north of Minas Gerais. With 42% alcohol content, the distillate is stored Amburana or Umburana barrels (Brazilian wood) and has a clear and pale yellow appearance. With passing through wood, it is rich, aromatic, notes of sugar cane sweetness, floral, fruity, honey, acidity, sugar and alcohol are balanced, good body, has personality and at the same time soft and elegant, long finish in the mouth.
