Driftless Glen Small Batch Straight Bourbon

Nice little"welcome" on the first sip. Love the caramel aftertaste. Little oak bite but not over powering.

Batch 21 | Tastes like a young bourbon with potential. A little cardboardy, a little grainy, a little dry and bitter, with a forgettable finish that disappears pretty rapidly. Looking forward to seeing what they come up with down the road.

It's got some good punch to it. Otherwise nice balance. Some creaminess with caramel tones

First local whiskey I've liked. Could be superb if left in the barrel for 2 more years.

Very smooth. No bite til 20-30 seconds after, even then minimal. With the ingredients being different than normal had a different after taste. Unique but thoroughly enjoyable.
