Drumshanbo Single Pot Still

Really good taste on the front end but just a little to much burn on the back end. Still a good Irish whiskey

Not bad. A bit hot. Plain.

Not getting much on the nose, does smell like whisky though. Pallette has some light fruity, floral and oak tones. Finish is smooth with a light burn that lingers a little.
