Elijah Craig Barrel Proof Bourbon

Nose is powerful, bits of cream, honey, caramel sweetness. The taste starts out with dried fruit sweetness and quickly transforms into a “red hots” candy with a long, sustained finish

Nose: vanilla, caramel and alcohol. Immediate cinnamon and burn. Surprisingly smooth for 135 proof. Burn lingers slightly while it warms the chest. Opens up with bright citrus fruit flavors. Absolutely delicious.

Dump b. Great nose. Pretty smooth for such a high abv.

Smooth and semi light.

"Batch C918. 131 proof with strong alcohol nose. Even after airing it for 15 minutes still couldn’t get anything, which is disappointing. Taste was hot yet smooth. With water added it is very nice. Nice “thick” bourbon with slight sweetness and certainly rye heat. Hoping now that it’s been opened I’ll get some better nose. Great tasting stuff otherwise.

Big beefy BBQ nose. Spicy pallet, rich and oily. Spiciness lingers on your tongue. Slight taste of coffee on the finish. Follow with a sip of water. Superior. Currently, my favorite.
