Elijah Craig Small Batch Bourbon

Butterscotch, leather, and pipe tobacco on the nose. Thin and slightly dry mouth feel. Leather notes come through in flavor notes. Strong burn. Slightly sweet aftertaste.

Heavy cherry up front. Some interesting herbal notes along with almond syrup and oak. Tobacco on the finish. I liked it best with a little water. Made a great sour too. Preferred strength: add 1 ml water to 30 ml pour.
