Evan Williams 1783 Bourbon (80 Proof)

Same typical maple bourbon flavors as the EW black label but with more oak flavor and tannin dryness and also a more black pepper finish. Its better than the black label but not by much.

Smooth, delicious with some sweetness. Nose: caramel, brown sugar, hints of honey and cinnamon Taste: caramel, vanilla, brown sugar and spices, oak Not bad, for the price! Makes for a great daily sipper.

Good entry level bourbon for an everyday drink. I prefer to make old fashions with it than drinking straight. Floral, Sweet, some bite. I’m not a professional drinker but eagle rare is my favorite.
