Evan Williams White Label Bottled in Bond Bourbon

Nose is Carmel and a little bit floral pallet is not a ton of complexity simple Carmel and vanilla very little burn in the middle finishes very peanutty and avian simple. Great bourbon that you should have on your bar. Great mixer and not bad neat. 16 bucks you can’t go wrong. Drinks better that some 30-40 dollars bourbons.

It’s surprisingly rich in flavor for what it is. Not very complex, it tastes of lightly charred oak and caramel.

Amazing bang for your buck. Great peanut taste but has a one dimensional finish.

Nose: light caramel/ toffee notes. Flat soda, slight citrus notes Taste: really does taste like flat soda. Not a ton of depth of flavor- honey simple syrup, feels like the flavor is an additive and doesn’t feel infused with the whiskey. a little disappointed in lack of flavor, though I should have known better since it was a 16$ bottle. But I guess I can’t be mad

For the price, I love this bourbon. Just the right bite,taste and price. Try it.
