Evan Williams White Label Bottled in Bond Bourbon

Caramel, brown sugar, some oak but mostly coconut for some reason. All in all its' a good bourbon for the price. You can't go wrong with this. It's surprisingly smooth and mellow for the proof.

My go to mixer/sipper for company who think all bourbon is pretty much the same.

Nice vanilla notes. Has a bit of bite, but is tempered with a splash of water. Great price. Highly recommend.

The nose is very sweet vanilla and cloves. Take several sips before evaluating. I get pumpkin pie spices and candy corn on the palate with a mild pepper finish. Very enjoyable and under rated due to its inexpensive price. I have done blind tastings of this against mid-priced bourbons with people and it always rates well.
