George Dickel 13 Year Bottled in Bond Tennessee Whisky (Spring 2007)

pretty good! sweet flavor pretty smooth. little numbing at the end

Definitely more barrel character over it's younger brothers. Aroma of fruit cake, with vanilla and a hint of clove. Flavor is oak, vanilla, and spice.

Loads of vanilla, cinnamon and some cocoa at the end. Medium mouthfeel and finish. Enjoyable with some ice and will make a great mixer.

Nose: maple, burnt sugar, lots of vanilla, brown butter Taste: Caramel and vanilla. Unsweetened organic peanut butter. Dark chocolate. Little bit of dried fruit. Finish: slightly sweet maple and baking spices. Touch of tobacco. Pretty.
