Nose: Heavy vanilla and oak spices, fresh crushed peanut shells. A hint of green leaves as it opens up.
Palate: smooth with lots of vanilla and oak spices battling for dominance. A little bit of caramel develops out of the midst of the others.
Finish: very short and dry like a tannic white wine. Cinnamon sticks and a little bit of char end things.
