I don’t know what the expert reviewer is tasting because this is very sweet! Yellow cake, vanilla, pears, cereal malt. Then hot, spicy, leather, tangy, grapefruit peel. Then lingering lemon rind and burnt caramel. Even my bourbon-loving husband likes it!
