I like the smokeyness of the peat which goes well with the sweetness.

On the nose after a rest: Gentle peat smoke and fruit make up the nose. Probing deeper there is some vanilla, tropical fruit notes, some stone fruit, citrus On the taste, begins with peaty smokiness, buttery, some orchard type fruit notes, then caramel toffee, tobacco m, ash on a shortish finish

Quite an experience. Je l'adore. Très sucré grâce au rhum. Les notes de fumé viennent rendre l'expérience très différente du rhum pour autant. Définitivement à réessayer!

Sweeter honeyed scent supported by a light peat. Sweet but zesty. Tasting further supports a light peaty, smoky palette, but with a honeyed pleasurable taste. The spice is really present but not overpowering. Less peaty finish, with a real reminder of the bourbon from the cask
