Glenmorangie 18 Year

Nose : Crème brûlée Palate : Pear Finish : ever so slightly woody

Full & sweet on the nose....creamy dessert lingers on the taste like a slice of french apple pie and a bit of cinnamon on the finish....excellent.

I had the 10 year and was not impressed with the flavors or with the burn it left in my mouth. So I was pleasantly surprised to enjoy the 18 as much as I did. A huge fruit forward nose and taste that was sweet while maintaining an edge to it. A great beginners whiskey they you can sip on for hours.
