Glenmorangie Quinta Ruban 12 Year

Easy drinking, but a fair amount going on. Sweet, dried fruits from the Port finish, but you get that classic Glenmorangie creaminess at the end. Kind of reminds me of a bread pudding with raisins.

Nice rosy red color. Get the wine notes and hints of peat. Starts off super sweet then warms up with a little spice. Nice lingering finish at the end. I will be picking up a bottle for my collection.

I didn’t expect enjoy this as much as I have. The floral notes and sweetness finish wonderfully long after. The floral gives way to the sweet several moments later in this slow ride.

It's good but in my opinion a bit overrated here on Distiller. This cost me 89 CAD$, I was suspecting something pretty spectacular but it's not that unfortunately. It's still good, don't get me wrong here. Spicy,fruity, a medium finish. Just not overly remarkable.
