Reviewed May 25, 2022Sweet and spicy on the nose. White pepper, rubber, fresh almonds, raisins and dried fruit that reminds me of Dundee cake. Faint hints of chocolate and citrus. Very smooth, soft on the palate. Balanced, with few outstanding flavours. Overall a slightly sweet, spiced whisky, like dried fruits and nuts. Absolutely pleasant, but nothing particularly unique or extraordinary. -

Reviewed May 21, 2022Smooth & refined, it is not; but a marvelous value at less than $30. Bourbon notes shine through; more spice than vanilla, with a somewhat awkward finish. This one stays on the “mid-shelf”.28.0 USD per Bottle -

Reviewed December 26, 2021Color is a light amber, maybe a touch more red than usual. Aroma is a bit like oatmeal cookies, but the alcohol prevents to deep a breath. Taste is caramel notes with a touch of cinnamon and vanilla. A touch of smoke comes through in the middle. The finish is warm and pleasant, but not long lasting.
