Hakushu Distiller's Reserve

Hints of mint, cucumber and greens. Refreshing on the nose (minty and herbal greens), crisp on the palate (grapefruit) and refreshing finish with subtle smoke.

Sharp and young, pear apple sweetness on palate that gets overtaken by the bite. Nose is grain sweetness with pear. Medium rich into a nice tingly tail, but the burn and youth don't balance the sweetness well. I even think there's some light spice on the end.

Smooth, Woody, complex but still balanced.
