The chosen varietal was then grown at Peterson Farms in Nelson County, Kentucky. The bourbon mash bill recipe here is 52% corn, 35% rye and 13% malted barley and is aged over 6 years.

Tasting Notes
"Sweet vanilla and buttered popcorn on the nose, though it's not super intense. The body is medium full and the flavor shows a good balance of sweet and spice with a bit of dried herbs to add a bit of complexity. Not a sweet bourbon, this finishes dry and bittersweet with some green vegetal notes coming through. Char smoke is mild. A step up from an everyday sipper. "
