Henry McKenna 10 Year Bottled in Bond Bourbon

Barreled 08/13. Plenty of rye spice, orange marmalade, english custard, cinnamon, nutty, minty, charcoal, creamed corn, butterscotch and caramel, pears. Enjoyed it more when it was $28 several years ago. First time I've bought since its gold medal. Still worth it at this price but it stings.

Honey, Carmel and buttery to start. Spicy and oak finish. Solid lingering mouth feel

I don't agree with the hype on this one. The honey and bandaid notes aren't working for me. Not a huge fan of the spice either.
