Hibiki 12 Year

This is a very likable blend for sure. Has notes of apple, orange, and vanilla in the generally fruity and bright nose. Some heat in the mouthfeel, but the finish is really smooth. I haven't tried any of the Japanese single malts, but would like to now. This was a bit pricey ($60) in the local store.
