Outstanding

Very rich and balanced; delightful. But overpriced.

Strong honey nose, but not a syrupy honey like the corn influence in bourbon, more a floral honey. Palate like a sweet lowland scotch, creamy vanilla and more floral honey, almost like a creme brulee. Lightly woody finish. Good stuff, occupies an interesting niche between bourbon and scotch.
