High West A Midwinter Night's Dram

Wow. Didn’t know what to expect. This is a top 10. Sweet and spicy rye til I die.

I was wanting to like this but it just tastes like rotten wood to me.

This is so good. On the nose I get rye spice, dark cherry, dark brown sugar, and oak. On the palate it is candy coated Christmas. You get rye notes, orange liqueur, dark honey, and pepper. It has a thick mouth feel and good moderate long finish. Fantastic!
