Jack Daniel's Single Barrel Rye

Not much pepper going on, pretty sweet

It has a good amount of spice indicative of the high rye content, a fair bit of oak too. I’m picking up caramel and a touch of vanilla as well. Pretty smooth and opens up well with a drop or two of water.
