Jack Daniel's Single Barrel Select

Neat, glencairn Nose: cinnamon, honey, caramelized banana Palate: candied nuts (?), banana Finish: Spicy, medium length

Intensely rich. Heavy in the vanilla notes. Particularly floral.

As a Squire, there is nothing finer than a Jack Single Barrel dram. Cinnamon icing with undertones of green apples. A mustyness comes through the nose as the alcohol disapates. Slight barrel tinge and tannins come out on the short finish. Truly wonderful desert.
