Jefferson's Ocean Aged at Sea Voyage 16

Smooth, light. Outstanding.

While guests described the smell as “library” (and makes me think of many leather-bound books), this has been my favorite of the 3 voyages I have been on. Very smooth, sweet, and paired well with Korean BBQ pork jerky

It was very smooth, caramel and vanilla. I didn’t taste the salt. I ended up drinking half the bottle in 1 night because it was so delicious.
