Laphroaig QA Cask

Had this a while back with a friend from China, it was definitely good and paired with some chips. Similar to the 10y but to a lighter spectrum. Still was enjoyable !

nose: wet peat, olives, brine and a hint of ripe cheese. doused campfire. taste: immediate mirroring of the nose. quickly transitions into peat, then brine and resolves into slightly sweet oak. finish: mild tannic oak and peat. 48% abv, $85.20 Cad
