12.20.22 Served: Neat, Glencairn Bottle open: Unknown (bar) Last intake: Sotol Aroma: Toffee, roast pecans, salinic. Super strong nuts. 5/5 aroma Flavor: Delicious. Lightly fruity. Some bitterness and spice on tue tongue. Lingering baking spice. A little harsh neat, but I imagine this would be stellar for cocktail applications.

This is quite an easy swaller! Doesn’t have any legs, mouth feel isn’t much to speak of but it tastes great. Subtle spice but very tasty, more spice than the usual vanilla, oak notes. I read that one taster discerned toffee and marshmallow notes…for me that’s spot on. You can definitely appreciate the higher ABV but nothing overpowering! Its a nicely crafted expression.
