This is not an overly complex beverage but yet there is certain complexity to it. It's full bodied, oily and rich with a certain spice to it that you characteristically don't get with a wheated whiskey; don't get me wrong me friends this is a remarkably smooth whiskey . This is a very good warming whiskey to enjoy with your friends, family and special someone during the fall and winter seasons, but could be remarkably fresh in the summer with slight ice added to the beverage to bring out more of it's rich, bold flavors.
