Larceny Small Batch Kentucky Straight Bourbon

Smooth. Seems to lack flavor when compared to others at the same price point

Banana bread. Cinnamon. Cloves. Honey. Apricot. Orange.

Strong alcohol smell, vanilla ice cream, warm but sweet, chocolate maybe?

Light, smooth, short finish. Oak and cinnamon.

Hints of sweetness reminiscent of vanilla and brown sugar with a pinch of oak are noticed on the nose. The palate is very similar and hits hard and fast; the flavor does not last long and the ethanol is a little more pronounced than other similarly priced brands. It seems this Whiskey is best suited for mixing drinks and will be used for that in my collection.
