My last special birthday dram of a very expensive but enjoyable evening. Couldn’t have asked for a better end to the night. Nose - rye spice of course, but mostly caramel and honey sweetness, cinnamon, tropical fruit Palette - thick and sharp, storing heat and even stronger spice, the caramel is muted but present, some citrus fruits in the background Finish - dry and spicy, strong heat, fruit sweetness at the very end, lingers forever

Velvety smooth slightly oily initial taste that then slowly releases the complex flavor profile. Heavy rye notes and baking spice that is absolutely delicious. Long finish that keeps evolving. Well worth the taste.
