On the nose, it’s heavy in vanilla bean and crème brûlée. On the palate, it’s a rather bread-like flavor with hints of sweet vanilla and possibly subtle raisin? The finish is mostly vanilla, overall making this a rather dessert like bourbon. Out of the traditional mixing bourbons I use or find in bars, this one is close to being my favorite!

Vanilla dominant on the nose, with notes of cherry candy and cinnamon. The soft palate disappears quickly but presents with some baking spices, grain sweetness, and oak tannins. Drinkable, though not too remarkable for its price point.
