This third Sour Mash Single Malt from New Riff features three mash bills comprised of 100% malted barley varietals — Maris Otter, Scottish peated barley malt, a beer-inspired mash bill based on a Barleywine recipe. The malt whiskeys were aged 7-10 years in six different casks including new charred oak, de-charred toasted oak, de-charred & re-charred oak, Madeira wine, oloroso sherry, and red wine casks. It's bottled without chill-filtration at 115.
