Noah's Mill Bourbon

Color is dark amber, nose is nut and syrup reminds me of pancakes, mouth feel is full and pleasant, taste is balanced with long pepper finish and plenty of heat. I was waiting to try this for about six months. Wish I had opened it sooner.

fruity nose - apple -very pleasant. deeper nose a bit more spicy with pepper notes. surprisingly spicy on the palette considering the nose. still getting apple lingering. Chomping brings out pepper notes. second taste has hint of cinnamon up front. some spice, but very pleasant. really liking this.

Peppery and slightly hot. Nice cinnamon, warms me up nicely
