The nose has a lightly sweet, toasted marshmallow aroma and with a few drops of water it leans more to oak. The mouthfeel is nice and moderately creamy with a flavor more towards caramel and light oak. This is tasty but it’s no OF 1910! -

Reviewed August 23, 2020 (edited March 2, 2022)First taste was pure cinnamon up front and a nice easy finish. The whiskey mellowed as the ice block melted and was very nice to sip. Not overly complex, but very drinkable. Cool visual with the toasted oak spiral stave in the bottle. May not win any awards, but a really pleasant find.
