Tasting Notes
"The nose is giving "upscale bakery", with notes of baked rye bread, cinnamon, nutmeg, and hints of fennel along with toasted pine nuts and apple butter. On the palate, the bakery flavor theme takes on banana walnut bread, applesauce, cinnamon, bay leaf, and peach skin. The medium palate is soft and nutty with just a spark of heat and charred oak. "
