spicy and VERY leggy. slightly oily in that it sits on the tongue. tasty, but I liked the smoother 1870 better.

A solid bourbon with a surprisingly smooth finish. While you wouldn’t be going wrong by picking up a bottle of this there are better options available at the same price point.

Cheaper option of Jack Daniels

Spicy, leather, burnt sugar like creme brûlée, rye spice. Not bad, not sure if I’d get a whole bottle.

Very spicy. Intense alcohol notes initially. Opened up nicely with some water. Overall one of the more spicy bourbons.

Pretty smooth but slightly too sweet.
