Patrón Silver Tequila

Some distinct finishing bite, with the taste bringing in some agave and a bit of unexpected roasty depth to the taste. A tequila that I could sip up, rather than just use for a margarita.

The nose is immediately fresh agave with citrus and sunshine. The taste is very clean with agave, ethanol, and orange. Smooth and pleasant both as a sipper and in cocktails.

Definitely nicer to sip than a cheaper blanco such as Espolon. Not so much that I would spend the full price for a bottle though. I grabbed a 200ml for $27 to try it out. It goes down rather smooth and a bit sweet.
