Peerless Small Batch Kentucky Straight Bourbon

Did a tasting at their distillery last week in Louisville and there straight bourbon was one of those whiskies I tried. I was impressed with the flavor profile and it has a lot of that same spice you get from their small batch rye whiskey. because they put their bourbon and rye in the barrel at a lower proof, it brings out a lot more flavors that can get missed when adding water before bottling. this definitely helps when your products are only about 4-5 years old.
