Peerless Single Barrel Kentucky Straight Bourbon

From Bern’s - Beef & Leaf No. 2. Ton of bite on the back end. I can’t describe this flavor (probably because I’m a novice), but it’s fantastic. So so good.

Little hot up front smooth back end

Nose: heavy caramel. Tiny bit of spice. No burn. Palate: little more bite than I was hoping from alcohol. Good sweet flavor after the initial burn though. Definitely young but still very good Finish: short kinda sweet kinda spicy finish
