Tasting Notes

"Penelope Four Grain Bourbon is light and easy drinking with notes of brown sugar, vanilla, and creme brulee. It's also a bit floral up front, with a pleasantly nutty finish. While it doesn't have the heavier sweet and charred notes of other bourbons, it serves as an approachable introduction to the spirit. "
