heavily peated, Briny finish, lemon taste, salty sea palate lingers to the end, hint of smoke, bright golden color, Strong flavor profile, full bouquet as you sip away and then the spicy notes hit you. It opens like a balanced Islay Scotch with a dry finish with a slight tartness to it
Best to let it breathe a little before tasting. It starts out with floral notes. Then you get so real barbecue and then finishes off with some real spice. There are big notes of clay and minerals. Not sure I like that. I have to admit that the complexity grows on you. It seems every time you taste it something different comes through. Definitely worth a try.
