Rabbit Hole Kentucky Straight Bourbon

I needed to add a little water to this. One I did, I found the flavor quite pleasant a different from the average bourbon. I tasted honey.

Rich nose of sweet bananas and spices with hints of mint and tobacco. More spicy oak on the palate with a longer finish. Shows it’s young age right at the end but an enjoyably sweet pour.
