Rabbit Hole Boxergrail Kentucky Straight Rye

Nose was almost overwhelming at first, but eased off. Peppery, with a long, slow burn finish.

Not sure why anyone would pay up for this rye. Do yourself a favor and get Old Forrester rye for half the price instead.

from the jump this had great taste, caramel, spice, sweet and bready.. smell was like pumpernickel bread.. finish lasted a bit with caramel and spiced cider flavors I’ve had 3/4 of the rabbit hole line and I’ve really enjoyed this one and the Dareringer (the Heigold was good but the price point ruled it out for me for now) if you’re looking for a good brand to invest in, this is it. But the price point ($50 where I am) is steep and between this and OF Rye for $20 I’m choosing the OF
