Rabbit Hole Distilling, founded by Kaveh Zamanian, is located in Louisville, Kentucky. Rabbit Hole uses locally sourced grains and flame-charred barrels from Louisville's Kelvin Cooperage. Their Kentucky Straight Rye has a mash bill of 95% rye and 5% malted barley. The rye is distilled and aged for at least 2 years in toasted and charred new American oak (char #3) in Kentucky before being bottled at 47.5% ABV. Note: This product has been rebranded as of September 2019 as Rabbit Hole "Boxergrail" Kentucky Straight Rye. The juice remains the same, only the packaging and name differ.
