Rebel Distiller's Collection Bourbon

Mostly sweet with a touch of barrel spice. Pretty short finish for the abv probably due to the younger age. Solid wheated bourbon for the money. Barrel filled 5/17/2016.

Specs pick, barrel #7112094 Nose: vanilla, brown sugar, cinnamon Palate: this has the mouthfeel of creamy butterscotch candy but with the taste of a cinnamon red hot. Plenty of charred creme brûlée crust to keep you entertained Finish: cinnamon candy and vanilla Summary: this is a no brainier buy for $35 but for a wheater in the same price range I’ll always spend the extra couple bucks for a MM cask strength
