A lot of bite to start, takes a while to settle in. Decent finish, though.

Walnut, apple, caramel, Oak

This one kind of hits the sweet spot. Affordable, decent ABV, semi sweet and reasonably complex. A couple drops of water thickens the mouthfeel while time adds a touch of oil. 3.85.

Cinnamon start, a bit on the scotch side of the palette. Strong and lingering finish.

Medium-light amber with a reddish hue. Watery with thin legs. Cherry syrup and citrus peel on the nose. A hint of unripened pear. Cinnamon and cherries dominate the palate. Thin body. A gentle spice lingers on the finish. Hints of nutmeg and allspice. A bit astringent like a less sweet mulled cider or wine. Uniquely flavored for a bourbon. Don’t love it, don’t hate it.
