Reviewed January 21, 2021 (edited February 13, 2021)Smoke wagon isn't available here in Alabama, but I lucked into a couple bottles just across the state line in GA. I didn't pick up much on the nose other than alcohol and maybe a bit of burnt brown sugar. It tastes young, but it's not bad. It's got some sweetness, little vanilla, little caramel, and some smokiness. It's smooth for it's age and has a short finish. It's got a bit of a bite, some from it's youth and some from the spice. There's not much complexity here, but it's a nice sip. It's quite nice for the price, if you can find it. Hope to try the unfiltered and uncut version next.36.99 USD per Bottle -

Reviewed January 19, 2021Sweet caramel and vanilla on the nose. Some spiciness present Buttery mouthfeel and more vanilla on the palate. Brown sugar and some fruitiness. Spiciness more present here over the nose. I noticed the rye spiciness seemed to increase the more it rested in the glass. Short finish - I can't pick out anything beyond a slight bit of alcohol spike and more sugars. Possibly some tobacco, but I could be convinced otherwise -

Reviewed January 5, 2021*second tasting Nose: crisp rye spice initially. Lots of floral notes second. Lots of vanilla too. Good nose for your standard straight whiskey. Palate: very refreshing. Smooth and yet spicy. No alcohol burn but good balanced flavor. Pretty much what Aaron is intending from smokewagon I think with this one. Finish: short/medium length with vanilla Overall: right there with the first tasting. Your standard straight bourbon that is balanced but nothing complex. A good bottle to have shuffled in your collection.30.0 USD per Bottle -

Reviewed December 31, 2020If Johnnie Walker Black was a bourbon. Reminds me of JWB with less smokiness. -
