Springbank 12 Year Cask Strength

Absolutely delicious. If you like brine and savory this is for you. The Peat level in this whisky is very light, no where near let's say ARDBEG UIGEADAIL. It tastes like the glenfarclas 105 but really briney, savory, and slightly peaty

I have a 13 year Springbank Good smoky smell and a of course a powerful taste. it's a lot of sweets( apple, vanilla etc) and chilli in here. Has a medium long finish with chocolate and smoke. 56.8% vol. Me likes over 100% proof🤘

The sherry casks (70%) definitely are the most dominant influence here, but the bourbon barrels (30%) provide a nice undertone to round out the whisky. Really good stuff. Batch 11.
