St. George Botanivore Gin

Had only a taste. Good, light and not overwhelming.

Amazingly floral right off the bat. Opens up into juniper and citrus notes, virtually no burn on the way out with a pleasant finish almost reminiscent of violet candies.

A great “starter” gin for those who don’t care for juniper. Soft and lush. Lovely sipping.

Excellent in an Aviation, although perhaps a bit heavy on the mineral notes. I recommend less acid (lemon) in the mix, as the gin accentuates, which overpowers the florals and green herbs. Otherwise, I haven’t explored this gin much yet.

Sophisticated, balances and clean. This is no juniper bomb. The flavors are complex and varied so that no one note dominated for me. I picked up floral, fruity, citrus and juniper with spice fading the most. This is a treat!
