St. George Botanivore Gin

Definitely a go to gin. Very well balanced between pine and citrus.

An extremely creamy, almost vodka-esque gin, although it of course has the traditional juniper notes. There is certainly a good balance here between earthy, herby, and fruity notes, but otherwise I didn’t detect much unique here. This would make a very solid base for cocktails but I was a bit underwhelmed when drinking it straight.

I like it alot, can definitely taste the botanicals but it is has more of a ginny taste than my favorites like oriental, glendalough, botanist. That said it made a martini perhaps superior to all.
