Star Hill Farm is Maker's Mark first new mash bill and first wheat whiskey released in the distillery's history. This is an annual release with the mash bill recipe evolving each year. This 2025 release is made of from two recipes: 70% soft red winter wheat/30% malted barley and 100% malted soft winter wheat.
Its aged 7-8 years in five distinct cask types including American oak, French oak, American-French hybrid, and grooved barrels. It's bottled uncut at cask strength. Named after the 1,100 acre farm that is home to Maker's Mark, this will be available in the US & UK beginning mid-May 2025 and in Australia later in 2025.
